Use case: You want to do blasting and follow-up afterwards for users that has interact with your messages. The steps below outline how you can do it
Navigate to https://app.wabot.my
First, we will determine active users based on whether they reply to messages or not. To do this, create a contact group in Wabot
Click this icon to make a new contact group
Insert the group name
Click on "Submit"
Let's get the chatbot set up. We'll tell them apart based on whether they reply to our keywords or interact with our messages

Name your chatbot
Click here
Make sure to choose exact match
Insert the keyword that you want them to reply
Ensure this keyword has not been used in other chatbots to avoid triggering them
Insert the text message
You can choose whether to give it delay or not
Click on "Configure Leads Management"
Click here to add contact group
Click on "Choose from below" and choose the contact group that we have set earlier
Click on "Submit"
It's time to set the blasting. Click on "WA Bulk Messaging"
Click this icon to make a new campaign
Click here
Click on "Wabot"
Name the campaign
Select a contact group and choose the database for the blast
Insert the text message. Make sure to use the same keyword that we have set in the chatbot earlier
Test first to your own number or you colleague
Schedule the broadcast
Click on "Done"
Click here to select the delay time. A delay of 10s to 15s is fast, but for larger databases, consider setting it between 30s and 45s
Click on schedule
Click on "WA Contact"
You can use this contact group to find active subscribers who have engaged with your message. Then, you can do a follow-up if needed
